Advance Reservations
Advance reservations require full pre-payment.

All modifications or amendments must be made at least 72 hours prior to the date of your program schedule, to the following address: mediterraneo@waldonet.net.mt .

Confirmations are sent by e-mail. If you do not receive any response from us , please be sure to contact us prior to your departure date to check that your booking was made. If it was, your credit card will have been charged accordingly.

Or e-mail us at mediterraneo@waldonet.net.mt  providing the name that was given on the reservation form, your location, date and requested programs(s), as well as the e-mail address to contact you. A member of our Reservations staff will contact you within the next 48 hours.

Swimming with the Dolphins Health restrictions and requirements

For the comfort and safety of our guests, certain restrictions apply to the Swimming with Dolphin program:
The following people cannot for safety reasons, participate in the program: pregnant women, severely (physical or psychological) impaired people, people with strong physical limitations (example: heart condition), children under 8 years of age, people with skin disorders, people under the influence of drugs or alcohol, people with hydrophobia, people with any other condition which may compromise the participant or the dolphin’s well being. Another requirement is that guests are confident in deep water.

If you have undergone any recent surgery or are suffering from any condition that may limit you physically (e.g. a back injury), you should check with our Reservations staff before making your purchase.

Cancellations.
General Cancellationc Policy: No refunds will apply for cancellations made within 3 days before your program. All changes are subject to availability, on 24 hours prior request.
Partial or full cancellations will be subject to a charge of €25, per each  person booked for the Swimming with Dolphins program..

Changes to Reservations
Should you wish to make any change to your reservation, please contact our Mediterraneo Reservations staff on the following numbers: 356 21372218  between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (local time).

Or e-mail us at mediterraneo@waldonet.net.mt , with your details, the name under which the reservation was made, and the nature of the change you need. A member of our Reservations staff will contact you within the next 48 hours.

Please be advised that we do not accept changes from others than those who made the original reservation.
